Videodrome – Spelunky aka Spikelunky

Spelunky is a procedurally generated, permadeath platformer that was first released for free on PC in 2009. When the paid version hit Steam recently (after a short exclusivity stint on XBLA) I was much more interested in Papers, Please and basically avoided Spelunky until I started seeing the videos emerge from the game’s Daily Challenge.

Videodrome – Gun Monkeys Double Feature

Gun Monkeys is a game. It’s a game I rather enjoy playing, as you may have gathered from reading this. Sometimes words are not enough, and pictures (which are worth a thousand words, apparently) just won’t suffice… Lucky for us, on the 8th day Cronenberg created VIDEODROME.

Videodrome – Teleglitch – Brain Explodes

I’ve written before about Teleglitch, a twisted, visceral, procedurally-generated, sci-fi, survival horror roguelike(like) with an innovative crafting system, but seeing as I haven’t heard about the devs achieving Minecraft-like success yet, I obviously need to keep on talking.
